Kindergarten teachers' housing allowance subsidies subsidize a part of the kindergarten teachers who work in a kindergarten live in a rental house and the kindergarten provides housing allowance to the staff. By assisting a part of the housing allowance provided to kindergarten teachers, we support the securing of human resources in kindergartens.
