２. Have the necessary resources and credibility to set up and operate the in-house childcare business.
３. In the area designated as "areas requiring maintenance", there is a possibility that a maintenance property will be secured or secured by the start of maintenance.
　　(In the case of leased property, in accordance with Article 14 of the Authorization and Confirmation Guidelines for Home-based Childcare Business in Yokohama City)
４. There is no reason for disqualification under the Child Welfare Law.
　　(Example: Do not receive guidance from local governments on serious negligence such as fraudulent receipt.)
５. In addition, do not have reason to admit that the mayor is inappropriate.

　(4)　If the outdoor playground cannot be maintained, the distance and route to the nearby park (approximately 300m from the planned maintenance site)
　(5)　Is two-way evacuation secured?
　　　(When setting up a nursery room on the second floor or higher, satisfy the requirements of Article 29, Item 9 of the Standards Ordinance)
　(6)　In the case of an existing building, is there a building confirmation certificate and an inspection certificate?
　　　(Or, "Building Confirmation Application (Plan Notification) Ledger Certificate" with the date of issuance of the inspection certificate and not described as "Unissued")
