　In Yokohama City, we are promoting the maintenance of licensed nursery schools as an initiative to eliminate waiting children in daycare centers.
　Utilizing the “Existing Facility Cooperation Type 1 and 2-year-old Garden Maintenance Subsidy Project” for the opening in April 2024, a licensed baby/infant nursery school that can newly accept 1,2-year-old children, We recruit companies to set up and operate any of small childcare business (type A or type B).

　"Existing facility cooperation type 1,2-year-old child institution maintenance expense subsidy project" refers to custody childcare such as authorized nursery school, authorized child institution (childcare cooperation type and kindergarten type authorized child institution) or private kindergarten of Yokohama-shi private kindergarten in Yokohama-shi operating company of any kindergarten facility which performs business utilizes nursery school which we operate as acceptance place of child 3 years old or older, and can accept new 1,2 year old child (child garden: nursery school (child care facility A nursery school (one nursery school)baby/infant type A nursery school)

Subsidized companies shall meet all of the following requirements 1 to 8 and have a legal personality.

1. Approved nursery schools, certified children's schools (Kindergarten-cooperation type and kindergarten type), kindergartens (schools that provide custody childcare services such as Yokohama City private kindergartens) in Yokohama City, continuing from before April 1, 2022. (Hereinafter, nursery schools, etc.) with good contents.
2. Utilizing the capacity of nursery schools (existing facilities) operated by oneself, a newly developed 1,2-year-old child institution (approved baby/infant nursery school, licensed nursery school branch or small-scale childcare business (type A or type B) )) A corporation that can set all promotion frames at existing facilities as a cooperative facility.
3. There is a possibility that a maintenance property can be secured or secured by the start of maintenance. (In the case of rental properties, according to Articles 16 and 17 of the Yokohama City Private Nursery School Establishment Authorization and Confirmation Guidelines)
4. In the case of a corporation other than a social welfare corporation, the applicant must meet the criteria of "Authorization of the establishment of nursery schools" (121212 No. 5 issued on December 12, 2014, Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare).
5. Have the necessary resources and credibility in setting up and operating a 1,2-year-old child institution.
6. After the start of operation of the 1,2-year-old children's garden, conduct a questionnaire for users about the usage status, etc., and work closely with Yokohama City and proceed with the business smoothly.
7. There must be no disqualification grounds stipulated in Article 35 of the Child Welfare Law.
8. In addition, do not have reason to admit that the mayor is inappropriate.

Facilities operated by the target company in Yokohama City shall, in principle, meet all of the following requirements 1 to 4.

1. Infants who receive childcare by the newly developed 1,2-year-old kindergarten will continue to provide education or childcare continuously until the infants reach the beginning of elementary school enrollment after graduation from the facility. The facility has a different capacity difference. (In principle, acceptance at one facility can be accepted.)
2. Being located in an area close to the 1st and 2nd year olds and needs to be picked up by car. (Approximately 5 to 15 minutes by car.)
3. Having a vehicle to pick up (including lease) or to be purchased by subsidies such as Yokohama-shi nursery school bus purchase, and be able to secure space necessary for parking and getting on and off.
4. In principle, the current capacity of 1 and 2 years old must not be changed. But, when change is necessary for business operation such as establishing a capacity difference with child over 3 years old, obtain agreement of Motoichi.

In principle, 1,2-year-old children's garden newly maintained by the target company shall meet all of the following requirements 1 to 4.

1. The capacity must be 20 or more and 45 or less when developing as a licensed baby/infant nursery school or licensed nursery school branch, and 13 to 19 or less when developing as a small childcare business (type A or type B) .
2. As a general rule, the capacity of 0-year-olds must not be set. (In addition, acceptance of elementary school studenｔ by age or admission to non-capacity admission) is set in consultation with Yokohama City.)
3. Provide facilities including a dedicated nursery room (approximately 30m2) for elementary school studenｔ who wish to transfer to existing facilities.
4. Ensuring space necessary for parking and getting on and off.
