Audit and operation status survey of the elementary school student Healthy Development Project after school

We conduct audits and operational status surveys for elementary school student healthy upbringing companies in Yokohama after school.

What are “Audit” and “Operation Status Survey”?

In accordance with Article 34-8-3 of the Child Welfare Law, the Company has been conducting periodic audits since fiscal 2016 to supervise compliance with the standards stipulated in the "Regulations on Facilities and Operations of the Yokohama City After-School elementary school student Healthy Development Project after-school elementary school student Healthy Development Project" (Yokohama City Ordinance No. 49, September 2014).
In addition, we also conduct an operation status survey to confirm the proper execution of subsidies and the proper implementation of the business.

Audits and operation status surveys are conducted through “self-inspection (every year)” and “on-site surveys (once every three years)”.

What is “self-inspection” and “on-site survey”?

Self-inspectionAll after-school elementary school student healthy upbringing companies conduct self-inspection of audit and survey items using a check sheet created by Yokohama City. The results of self-examination will be reported to the ward Children and Families Support Division by the designated date of each fiscal year.
On-site surveyYokohama City officials enter the office every three years in principle, and after school, confirm the contents of the “self-inspection check sheet” submitted by the operating entity of the elementary school student Healthy Development Company and that an appropriate training environment is ensured. , Documents and interviews.

It is scheduled to be held from July to December every year.
