In Yokohama-shi city planning council, we raise citizen committee to perform broader discussion based on opinion from viewpoint of citizen's all of you.

Yokohama City Planning Council citizen committee recruitment
Conditions for application
Those who fall under all of the following items (excluding Yokohama City staff)
1 Those who live in Yokohama City
2 Those who are 18 years old or older as of April 1, 2024
3 Those who have experience in "town development"
4 In principle, those who can attend all councils (the council is held four to five times a year during the daytime on weekdays)
5. Those who have never experienced the Yokohama City Planning Council Committee

※The appointment date is scheduled to be around November 2024.
How to apply
required items on the application form with Address, name, background in the town development and reasons for application, or matters of interest in the city planning of Yokohama, and mail it to the secretariat office, bring it to the secretariat or apply electronically via the Yokohama City website. (FAX and e-mail are not allowed.)

| By mail, bring | Cut out the application form attached to the citizen committee recruitment leaflet (copy not possible) or mail or bring it after filling out each item on the following application form and mail it. In addition to the City Planning Division, leaflets are distributed at the Citizen Information Center, each ward office Ward Administration Promotion Division, and Motoichi PR boxes installed at railway stations.
