Revision of application form for development activities, etc. (2018.4.1)

April 1, 2018
(1)　"Development Act Enforcement Agreement", "Development Act Change Permission Application", "Development Act Change Permission Notice", "Development Act Change Permission Notice", "Development Act Change Consultation Application Form", "Development Act Change Consent Notice" and "Copy Grant Application for Development Register" will be revised as follows and will take effect on April 1, 2018.

(2)　"Notice of change permission of construction about residential land development", "Consent notice of construction about residential land development", "Consent notice of construction about residential land development", "Change consultation application form of construction about residential land development" We revise "change agreement letter of advice of construction about residential land development" as follows and take effect on April 1, 2018.

(3)　About "development business plan" to prescribe in "the regulations enforcement regulations about adjustment of Yokohama-shi development business", we revise as follows to cope with revision of related laws and ordinances based on purpose of law, 2018 Effective from April 1, 2018.

In addition, transitional measures have been established in the use of the style, and the style before the revision can be used for the time being after April 1, 2018.
