Revision of application form for development activities, etc. (20184.1)

April 1, 2018
(1)　"Development act enforcement agreement", "Development activity change permission application", "Development activity change permission letter", "Development activity change consultation application form", "Development activity change consultation application form", "Development activity change agreement letter" and "Application for copy grant of development registry" will be revised as follows and enforced from April 1, 2018.

(2)　"Notice of change of construction related to residential land development", "Consent Notice of Construction for Residential Land Development", "Consent Notice of Construction for Residential Land Development", "Consent Notice of Construction for Residential Land Development", "Change Consent Notice of Construction for Residential Land Development" will be revised as follows, and will be enforced from April 1, 2018.

(3)　About "development business plan" which we establish in "the regulations enforcement regulations about adjustment of Yokohama-shi development business", we revise as follows to cope with revision of related laws and ordinances based on purpose of law, Effective from April 1, 2018.

In addition, transitional measures have been established for the use of the form, and the style before the revision can be used for the time being after April 1, 2018.

The contents of the form are as follows.
