4 If there is a change in the contents of the plan, please submit a change confirmation application (plan notification) at least 15 days prior to the scheduled date of construction start (changes such as the name of the building, the owner, etc., immediately after the change) Please attach the books and data related to the change and submit the registration form (2 copies of the main and secondary copies).

5 Within 15 days after the completion of the construction, please submit the specified building construction completion registration form (2 copies of the main and secondary copies). There is no completion inspection.

6 We will determine whether each building is subject to notification and create a registration form for each building. In addition, when performing an evaluation, set a site for "virtual closed space" related to construction work for the building subject to notification and evaluate it.
