Background

Based on the revision of the evaluation criteria for CASBEE-building (new construction), which is the basis of the evaluation method, we will also revise the evaluation criteria for the Yokohama City Building Environmental Consideration System (CASBEE Yokohama).

This is an evaluation software that reflects the above revisions. Please use it when considering properties to be notified after the standard revision date.

Please note that this evaluation software is a trial version for examination and cannot be used for notification.
The official version of the evaluation software and the software for publication will be released in late March.

1 Are the new standards applied to properties that have already been notified?

1 Since the evaluation will be based on the standards at the time of notification, there is no need to apply the new standards for notification of changes. It does not prevent notification of changes based on the evaluation under the new standard.

2 CASBEE Yokohama [Detached House] is not included in this revision of standards. In the future, when revising the standards for CASBEE Yokohama [Detached House], it will be announced separately on the website.
