Outline of the revision of CASBEE Yokohama
Background
Based on the revision of the evaluation criteria for CASBEE-building (new construction), which is the basis of the evaluation method, we will also revise the evaluation criteria for the Yokohama City Building Environmental Consideration System (CASBEE Yokohama).

April 1, 2025
※Properties notified after the scheduled date of the standard revision are subject to the new standard.
Revisions
The revised content is currently under consideration, but will be reflected based on the following content, which is currently being released by the Japan Society for Sustainable Architecture (JSBC).

Q&As
1 Since the evaluation will be based on the standards at the time of notification, there is no need to apply the new standards for notification of changes. It does not prevent notification of changes based on the evaluation under the new standard.
2 CASBEE Yokohama [Detached House] is not included in this revision of standards. In the future, when revising the standards for CASBEE Yokohama [Detached House], it will be announced separately on the website.
3 We will also revise the standards for non-specific buildings.
