We are looking for "Condominium Advisors".

A person who satisfies both the following conditions (1) and (2)
(Limited to individual applications.)
（１） Those who have one of the following qualifications and have at least 5 years of work experience in apartments
First-class architects, building equipment engineer, first-class pipe construction construction management engineer, first-class electric chief engineer
Condominium Manager
Manager of management work (only if you do not work as a management company)
Lawyers, judicial scriveners, certified public accountants and tax accountants
（２） Those who live or work in the city or have a track record of activities in the city
※It is not possible to conduct sales activities for condominiums such as Residential Association.

For consultation on maintenance, management, renovation, rebuilding, etc. of condominiums from Residential Association, etc., go to Residential Association, etc., and consult within 3 hours at a time.
