In light of the damage caused by the Great East Japan Earthquake, the Seismic Retrofit Promotion Law was revised on November 25, 2013, and seismic diagnosis was required for some buildings. In addition, in Yokohama City, in order to further promote the earthquake resistance of roadside buildings used for emergency and rescue activities immediately after the earthquake, roads were designated and seismic diagnosis was required for roadside buildings along the roads. I did it.
