R6.4.23:Receivable Energy Induction Review Reports up to FY2023 and the status of induction (PDF: 392KB) are summarized.

In order to promote the spread of renewable energy, Yokohama City will consider the introduction of renewable energy at the time of construction planning for building owners who intend to build buildings with a total floor area of 2,000 m2 or more, and submit the results of the study to Yokohama City. It is obliged to report to (The system started in April 2010)
※Renewable energy refers to energy such as solar and solar heat, as well as wind, hydro, geothermal, and heat using biomass as a heat source.

Buildings (new construction, extension or renovation) with a total floor area (in the case of extension or renovation, the floor area of the part pertaining to the extension or renovation) of buildings with a total floor area of 2,000 m2 or more
In addition, when you are going to build building more than 20,000m2, please see page of Yokohama-shi area heating and cooling promotion guideline.

Please submit report to electronic application, report service or window at least 21 days before scheduled building confirmation application date or plan notification date.
※Reports must be submitted regardless of whether renewable energy is introduced or not.
