1. Application for reservation by telephone (window)

If you tell us, "I would like to make a reservation for a sound level meter and vibration meter," we will connect to the person in charge.

2. If the loan is available, we will contact you by phone.

Please come to the counter as soon as possible after contacting us. Please note that after too many days, many people are waiting for their turn, so we will shorten the loan period or cancel the reservation.

3. Lending at the counter

Please bring your identity verification documents (driver's license, employee health insurance insured card, etc.).

4. Please return it to the counter by the deadline.

• Do not let the measuring instrument fall or be treated violently.
• Please refrain from using it in humid and dust.
• If the measuring equipment borrowed carelessly or intentionally is broken or damaged, you will need to repair it promptly at your own expense.
