According to the provisions of the Yokohama City Sewerage Ordinance, when setting up a facility (abatement facility) that treats industrial wastewater in the sewerage treatment area in the city, a qualified person is appointed as the person in charge of abatement facilities, etc. It is necessary to notify the mayor of the city.
In Yokohama City, we conduct qualification training for those who do not have the qualifications to become managers. Therefore, we will conduct the second class in 2024 as follows, so please take business establishments without qualified persons. In addition, even if you are at a business site where a qualified person has already been appointed, please take the course actively so that multiple qualified persons can be trained.

This is an online application by the Yokohama City Electronic Application and Notification System. (Use the user ID for individuals.)

The user ID and password for the individual used in the application will also be used for taking the effect measurement and receiving notification of the results. Please be careful not to forget.
If you forget your user ID (e-mail address) after applying for the course, you may not be able to take the course.

After attending a lecture by watching a video (YouTube) while referring to the text, attending all lectures, please take the effect measurement using the Yokohama City Electronic Application and Notification System. All of them will be conducted online.
If it is difficult to take the course or take the test online, please contact us by Tuesday, January 21, 2025 after the start of application acceptance.
The link to the effect measurement will be notified only to those who have completed the course application procedure.

Please take the course by watching the video (YouTube) from the URL of each of the following courses.
Be sure to take all subjects (5 Class A and 3 Class B) in the class type to be taken.

After attending the lecture, the effect will be measured to confirm the degree of understanding of the contents of the lecture.
Open the effect measurement page from the notification e-mail of the effect measurement page URL or the My Page of the Yokohama City Electronic Application / Notification System, log in to the Yokohama City Electronic Application / Notification System with the user ID used for the course application, and then measure the effect Please take the test.

The effect measurement can be taken only once. Please confirm the contents carefully before submitting the answer.

If you do not move to another screen for 60 minutes after the screen is displayed, the entered content will be destroyed. If you want to temporarily suspend the answer, select "Save and apply later" at the bottom of the screen to save the content.

The "application number" displayed after sending the effect measurement may be required for inquiries, so please take a note and refrain from it.

The condition of completion is that you have achieved a certain level of results in the measurement of the effect.
The results will be notified to all examinees of the effect measurement (scheduled for March 2025).
In the result notification, graduates will be notified of the completion number. The completion number will be required when you are appointed as the person in charge of abatement facilities at the business site, so please keep it in a safe place. In addition, even if you apply for the course, those who did not take the effect measurement related to the course type will not be notified of the course result.
