In accordance with the provisions of the Yokohama City Sewage Trail Ordinance, when setting up facilities (abatement facilities) that treat drainage, etc. in the city's sewage treatment area, it is necessary to appoint qualified persons as the manager in charge of abatement facilities, etc. and notify the mayor of the city.
Yokohama City offers qualification training courses for those who do not have the qualifications to become managers. Therefore, the first course in 2024 will be held as follows, so please take the course of business establishments without qualified personnel. In addition, even at a business site where a qualified person has already been appointed, we ask that you actively take the course to train multiple qualified personnel.

This is an online application by the Yokohama City Electronic Application and Notification System.
Please apply according to the following 1 to 4 from a terminal / browser that supports the operating environment
The user ID and password used for the application will also be used to take effect measurements and receive notification of results. Please be careful not to forget it.
If you forget your user ID (email address) after applying for the course, you may not be able to take the course.

We will send you a notification email on the effect measurement page URL by the start date and time of the course period. ※Please take the course with plenty of time so that you can watch the course and measure the effect measurement during the course period.

※Both lectures and effect measurements can be carried out with interruption.

After attending lectures by video viewing (YouTube) while referring to the text, and taking all the lectures, please take effect measurement using the Yokohama City Electronic Application and Notification System. All of them will be held online.
If it is difficult to attend or take the course online, please contact us by Monday, July 1, 2024 after the start of application acceptance.
The link to the effect measurement will be notified only to those who have completed the application procedure.

Open the effect measurement page from the notification email of the effect measurement page URL or My page of the Yokohama City Electronic Application and Notification System, log in to the Yokohama City Electronic Application and Notification System with the user ID used for the course application, and measure the effect measurement Please take it.

Effect measurement can be taken only once. Please check the contents carefully before submitting your answer.
If you do not move to another screen for 60 minutes after the screen is displayed, the entered information will be destroyed. If you want to suspend the answer, select "Save and apply later" at the bottom of the screen to save the content.
The "application number" displayed after sending the effect measurement may be required for inquiries, so please refrain from taking notes and so on.

Judgment is made based on the results of the effect measurement, and all the effect measurement test takers are notified of the results.
The completion number notified to the graduates will be required when they are appointed as the manager in charge of abatement facilities at the business site, so please keep the above notice in a safe place.
In addition, even if you apply for the course, those who did not take the effect measurement of the course type will not be notified of the course results.
