According to the provisions of the Yokohama City Sewerage Ordinance, when establishing a facility (abatement facility) that treats industrial wastewater in the sewerage treatment area in the city, a qualified person must be appointed as the person in charge of abatement facilities (hereinafter referred to as the "manager") and notified to the mayor of the city.
The duties of the person in charge of abatement facilities, etc. are mainly the maintenance and management of abatement facilities, etc., but since it includes the management of facilities that generate sewage (Article 13 (outside site)), wastewater We are also responsible for the overall management of business sites, etc. as far as we are concerned with treatment.
Notification of persons in charge of abatement facilities, etc. and summary of qualifications
It is necessary to appoint a person who satisfies the conditions and qualifications as follows as the person in charge of abatement facilities. In addition, a notification is required when an appointment or dismissal is made. （Ordinance Article 9, Paragraph 1 (outside site)）
