In accordance with the provisions of the Yokohama City Waterway Ordinance, when setting up a facility (abatement facility) that treats drainage, etc. in the sewage treatment area in the city, the qualified person must be appointed as the manager in charge of the abatement facilities (hereinafter referred to as the “Administrative Officer”) and notify the mayor of the city.
The duties of the manager in charge of abatement facilities is mainly the maintenance and management of abatement facilities, etc., but since it includes the management of facilities that generate sewage (rules Article 13 (outside site)), We are also responsible for the overall management of business establishments, etc., as long as it is involved in treatment.
Notification and qualification outline of the manager in charge of abatement facilities
It is necessary to appoint a person who satisfies the following conditions and qualifications as the manager in charge of abatement facilities. In addition, a notification is required when an appointment or dismissal is made. （Ordinance, Article 9 Clause 1 (outside site)）
