Confirmation of the Soil Contamination Countermeasures Law, etc. accompanying the revision of the Ministerial Ordinance of the Effective Utilization of Resources
In accordance with the revision of the Ordinance of the Ministry of the Act on Promotion of Effective Utilization of Resources (enforced on May 26, 2023), the prime contractor will be required to promote the use of recycled resources and the plan to use recycled resources.
(hereinafter referred to as the “plan”), etc., confirm the status of procedures such as the Soil Contamination Countermeasures Act conducted by the ordering party, etc. (the ordering party, etc., inform the prime contractor of the procedure.
