Air Pollution Control Law General Dust Generation Facility

| １ | Coke oven | Raw material processing capacity must be 50 tons or more per day. |
| ２ | Minerals (including cokes, excluding asbestos) The same shall apply hereinafter. ) Or debris deposition site | The area must be at least 1,000 square meters. |
| ３ | Belt conveyors and bucket conveyors (limited to those used for minerals, debris or cement, excluding sealed ones) | The width of the belt must be 75 cm or more, or the internal volume of the bucket must be 0.03 cubic meters or more. |
| ４ | Crushers and attritors (limited to those used for minerals, rocks or cement, excluding wet and sealed) | The rated output of the prime mover must be 75 kilowatts or more. |
| ５ | Sieves (limited to those used for minerals, rocks or cement, excluding wet and sealed) | The rated output of the prime mover must be 15 kilowatts or more. |
