Method of conversion of fuel other than heavy oil to the amount of heavy oil

The method of converting fuels other than heavy oil into the amount of heavy oil is as described in Remarks 1 in Appendix 1 of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Ordinance on conservation, etc. in Yokohama City Living Environment.

Remarks 1
The conversion of fuels other than heavy oil to the amount of heavy oil is calculated assuming that 1L of fuel is equivalent to 1L of heavy oil for liquid fuel and 1 kg is equivalent to 0.66L of heavy oil for coal. In addition, gas fuels shall be calculated by the following conversion formula, and the calorific value of gas fuel in the conversion formula shall be used by the total calorific value, and the calorific value of heavy oil shall be 39,558.1725kJ/L.

Heavy oil equivalent combustion capacity (L/h) = conversion factor x gaseous fuel combustion capacity (m3N/h)
Translation coefficient = calorific value of gas fuel (kJ/m3N) / calorific value of heavy oil (kJ/L)

For other fuels, heavy oil equivalent to the total calorific value (calorific value is 39,558.1725 kJ / L) The amount shall be converted to the amount.
