I am.

Facilities subject to notification, etc.

Animal cremation furnaces are subject to notification, etc., regardless of the size of the facility. In addition, mobile animal cremation furnaces are also subject to notification.
Even if it is a company outside Yokohama City, it is subject to notification, etc. when using a mobile animal cremation furnace in Yokohama City.

Guidance standards for animal cremation furnaces

Based on Article 84 of the Ordinance, guidance standards for animal cremation furnaces have been established, and it is necessary to comply with them. Animal cremation furnaces are subject to equipment standards and management standards out of the "Guidance Standards for Prevention of Air Pollution by Smoking in Small Incinerators" are applied.

About notification of animal cremation furnace

Please consult with the section in charge in advance for details of the report. For notification, please fill out the form with required items in the prescribed form and submit it together with attached documents which explains the details. Also, registration form's documents should be unified to A4, and large drawings should be folded into A4.
In addition, if there are any incomplete documents, we may not be able to accept them, so please come with sufficient time for submission.

Precautions for notification of installation of mobile animal cremation furnaces
  • In the name column, please indicate the name of the business in the area of Yokohama City.
  • In the location column, please indicate the location of the office that manages the animal cremation furnace.
  • In the remarks column, enter the car registration number of the vehicle loading the animal cremation furnace.
  • Please indicate the location where the animal cremation furnace is used in the remarks column. (If you use it in the whole area of Yokohama city, please describe it as the whole area of Yokohama.)
Precautions for notification preparation
  • In the case of renewal of facility, notification procedure of abolition of old facility and setting of new facility is necessary.
  • In the case of relocation to another establishment, it is necessary to abolish the facility and report procedure of setting.
  • Make sure you know if it is a succession of all animal cremation furnaces installed at the establishment concerned or some facilities. In the case of succession of some facilities, make it so that the model number and facility number of the succeeded facility can be understood, and attach a layout drawing of the facility as necessary.
  • Make sure that all animal cremation furnaces installed at the establishment are abolished or some facilities are abolished. In the case of abolition of some facilities, make so that the model number and facility number of abolished facility can be understood, and attach layout drawings of facilities as necessary.
