3 Application requirements

Only when the following requirements are met.

（１） Deadline for submitting a permit application for opening a hospital, etc. based on the law
　In the case where construction is not involved in the establishment, etc., in principle, by November 30 of the following year of the application, and in the case of construction, within the period specified below (however, the planned opening place is within the area of 6 cities with public health centers) When it can be submitted to the head of each city concerned).
(a) In the case of floor expansion due to renovation (modification and internal renovation that does not demolish the main structural part of the building), etc., within one year from the date of notification of the decision on the bed allocation.
(b) In the case of new construction (including relocation and redevelopment) and expansion / renovation, within two years from the date of notification of the decision on the bed allocation
(c) If new construction involves redevelopment projects, land readjustment projects, etc., the date scheduled in the business plan
(e) Regardless of the preceding three items, if it is found that it is difficult to do so as a result of coordinating with the governor (however, if the planned location is in the area of 6 cities with public health centers, the head of each city), if it is found that it is difficult due to this, adjustment After the period deemed necessary

（２） Handling of beds of beds that exceed standard beds
　If the medical institution to be submitted for consultation has existed and the medical institution has an excessive bed type of bed in each medical area (the number of existing beds exceeds the standard number of beds), the beds approved by this consultation When the number can be reduced as much as possible. Provided, however, that this shall not apply if it is deemed necessary by the Regional Medical Initiative Coordination Meeting and the Kanagawa Health and Medical Plan Promotion Council, which are in charge of matters related to the secondary health and medical area.
