Collection and transportation of oversized garbage (*) associated with temporary large amounts of garbage discharged from ordinary households
（※） oversized garbage, small metals, dry batteries, spray cans, fluorescent lamp and bulbs, plastic bottles, plastic containers and packaging.

oversized garbage, etc. associated with temporary large amounts of garbage discharged from households can be carried into the oversized garbage's own yard.

Only waste from home can be carried in.
Please note that business waste cannot be carried in.

The necessary/required procedures is different when you bring it into your own yard. Please choose from the following.

◎Carry-in procedures

1. Download the “Application Form and Power of Attorney Waste (oversized garbage, etc.) Application Form and Power of Attorney” (hereinafter referred to as “Application Form and Power of Attorney”) from the following, fill in the required items.
   • Resources and Waste Recycling Bureau Business Division (in charge of import applications such as oversized garbage with temporary large amounts of garbage)
   Send an e-mail to you.
2. The management and operation of the self-loading yard will check the contents of the application form and power of attorney, and will notify you of the fee for each item by telephone within three business days in principle. In that case, please adjust the delivery destination, carry-in date and carry-in time with management company.
   In addition, please note that you may confirm about application contents from the staff of Motoichi.
3. The application form and power of attorney describing the details of the adjustment will be returned by e-mail from the management and operation company of the self-loading yard, so please check the contents.

◎Preparation for loading

After receiving the commission from the management company, tell the discharger to prepare the required oversized garbage seal.
In that case, please tell the following three points to the discharger.

1. oversized garbage processing seals can be purchased at financial institutions, post offices or convenience stores in the city.
   ※There is no expiration date on the collection sticker, so you can use the seal that you no longer need to be used next time. If you do not intend to use it in the future, please contact us. Also, please note that the collection sticker cannot be reissued in case of damage or loss.
   ※Anything without a receipt is invalid.
2. Enter the name of the discharger and the general waste collection and transportation business license number (4 digits)" in the name field of the oversized garbage disposal seal.
3. Attach the oversized garbage processing sticker for each item as described in the application form and power of attorney.

◎On the day of delivery

1. Please carry in as described in the application form and power of attorney. Please note that items that are not listed cannot be brought in.
2. Please be sure to bring your application form and power of attorney.
   You do not need an IC card or import confirmation form.
3. Items with the oversized garbage processing sticker must be brought to the oversized garbage self-loading yard.

2. The management and operation of the self-loading yard will check the contents of the application form and power of attorney, and will contact you within 3 business days. Please adjust the delivery date and import time.

3. Please check the application form and power of attorney describing the details of the adjustment by e-mail.
   ※The processing fee is 13 yen per kilogram. Measure the weight with a scale when carrying in.

If the discharger has completed the necessary/required procedures (*) and entrusts only transportation to the oversized garbage self-loading yard to a licensed municipal waste collection and transportation company, the above procedures are not required.
Receive the application form and power of attorney from the discharger and transport it to the designated oversized garbage self-import yard.
You do not need an IC card or import confirmation form.
※A licensed municipal waste collection and transportation companies cannot act on behalf of them.
※It is necessary for the discharger to complete the following two points in advance.

1. Contact Oversized Garbage Reception Center and apply for the delivery to the oversized garbage self-load yard.
   ※It is necessary for the collection and transportation permitting company to take it to the self-loading yard.
2. All necessary oversized garbage processing seals must be prepared.

If you have any inquiries about the tax exemption system, please tell them to contact Oversized Garbage Reception Center without answering.

※When carrying in to Minamihonmoku landfill, the IC card cannot be used in principle, so payment is only cash.
