About temporary handling of certification for long-term care related to COVID-19 infection
In Motoichi, based on the administrative communication from the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare on October 14, 2022, the handling will be terminated from the application of those who expire on or after April 1, 2023.

About the end of temporary handling of certification for long-term care related to COVID-19 infection
Those who meet certain requirements in the renewal application for those whose validity period expires on or after April 1, 2023 will be able to apply temporary treatment in exceptional cases, but based on administrative communication from the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare, temporary handling will be applied to those who expire after the expiration date will be renewed as usual.

Precautions
(1) Renewal applications can be made 60 days before the expiration of the validity period, so please apply immediately.
(2) For those who expire by March 31, 2024 and wish to treat them temporarily, please contact the Elderly and Disabled Support Division of each ward.
