Temporary handling of certification for long-term care related to COVID-19 infection
In Motoichi, based on the administrative communication from the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare on October 14, 2022, the handling will be terminated from the application of those whose certification period expires after April 1, 2023.

About the end of temporary handling of certification for long-term care related to COVID-19 infection
Those who meet certain requirements in the renewal application for those whose validity period expires after April 1, 2023 are exceptionally eligible for temporary handling, but in accordance with administrative communication from the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare, temporary handling will be applied to those whose validity period expires by March 31, 2024, and will normally be renewed after that date.

(1) You can apply for renewal 60 days before the expiration of the certification validity period, so please complete the application procedure promptly.
(2) If you would like to receive temporary treatment, please contact the Elderly and Disabled Support Division of each ward.
