About transfer of authority of office work based on the Nursing Care Insurance Law etc.
Based on the law (June 22, 2011) that revises a part of the Nursing Care Insurance Law, etc. for strengthening the foundation of nursing care services, the authority of the following office work that Kanagawa Prefecture has been processing until now It was transferred to. About company, facility in Yokohama-shi, please submit report, application to Yokohama-shi.

1 = For affairs that are to be processed by the prefectural governor pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 4, Sections 3 and 4 and Chapter 5, Section 2 and 4 to 6. Except for office work related to coordination or assistance, all will be office work that the mayor of designated city and core city will process.
2 = About office work about questions pertaining to paid nursing home by rule of Article 29 of the Elderly Welfare Law, it becomes office work that the mayor of designated city or the mayor of core city handles.
