※If you do not engage in fire brigade activities throughout the year, you will not be paid.

※Results for fire drills and disaster prevention guidance are calculated based on the annual business plan.

- Compensation for public affairs accidents: There is a compensation system for injuries during fire brigade activities.
- Lending of clothes ... Uniforms and clothes necessary for fire brigade activities are lent.
- Retirement remuneration: You can pay when you leave the company after working as a fire brigade member for more than 5 years.
- Travel expenses: If fire brigade travel expenses go on a business trip for public affairs, travel expenses will be paid.
