Annual remuneration

Compensation for annual activities is provided as shown in the following table.

Deputy Director	70,000 yen
Chief of the Branch	50,500 yen
Deputy Branch Manager	45,500 yen
General Managers	39,000 yen
Group leader	37,000 yen
Members	36,500 yen

※If you do not engage in fire brigade activities throughout the year, you will not be paid.

Compensation for dispatch

It is provided when engaged in disaster activities, training, etc.
Type	Amount of compensation
When engaged in disaster activities such as fire	7,000 yen each time
When engaged in disaster prevention guidance for fire drills and citizens	3,500 yen each time

※Results for fire drills and disaster prevention guidance are calculated based on the annual business plan.

Others

Compensation for public affairs accidents: There is a compensation system for injuries during fire brigade activities.
Lending of clothes ... Uniforms and clothes necessary for fire brigade activities are lent.
Retirement remuneration: You can pay when you leave the company after working as a fire brigade member for more than 5 years.
Travel expenses: If fire brigade travel expenses go on a business trip for public affairs, travel expenses will be paid.
