Civil Protection Act: Evacuation behavior and evacuation facilities

 The Civil Protection Act (*) is based on the "Law Concerning the Peace and Independence of Japan in Armed Attack Situations and the Security of the National and People", and is based on the basic policy of the country in armed attack situations. This law has been developed with the aim of cooperating with municipalities and related organizations to protect the lives, bodies and property of the people, and minimize the impact on people's lives and the national economy.
※It is officially referred to as the "Law Concerning Measures for the Protection of the People in Armed Attack Situations".

 If there is a possibility that a missile will fall into Japan, the J Alert will be used to send a special siren sound and message on the Disaster Prevention Administration Radio, and information will be provided via emergency bulletin mail.

 Under the Civil Protection Act, evacuation facilities that meet the standards stipulated in the Enforcement Order of the Civil Protection Act are to be specified in advance in preparation for armed attack situations, etc. Site) ".

 ※Emergency temporary evacuation facilities: The following facilities are considered to be effective for temporary evacuation (about 1-2 hours) to reduce direct damage from blasts, etc. when launching ballistic missiles.
 ◎Hard buildings such as concrete structures
 ◎Underground facilities such as underground shopping malls and underground station buildings
 ※The above emergency temporary evacuation facility will be accepted only during the business hours of the facility.
