Please tell me how to register or delete disaster prevention information e-mail (English version).

■Registration method

  1. Send a blank e-mail from the address you want to register to bousai-yokohama-en@cousmail-entry.cous.jp
  2. You will receive a guide email, so select the link in the text of the email.
  3. After checking the site policy, select the "Agree" button at the end of the page.
  4. The reception content selection page opens, select the information you want to receive, complete the selection, and then select the "Confirm" button at the end of the page.
  5. The received content confirmation page opens. After confirming the selection contents, select the "Register" button at the end of the page.
  6. When the registration completion page opens, the registration procedure is completed. You will receive a separate confirmation email.

■Release method

  1. Send a blank e-mail from the address you want to cancel to bousai-yokohama-en@cousmail-cancel.cous.jp
  2. You will receive a guide email, so click on the link in this text.
  3. Click the "Delete" button when the release confirmation page opens.
  4. When the release completion page opens, the cancellation procedure is complete. You will receive a separate confirmation email.
