In the event of a disaster, telephone calls to affected areas are concentrated, communication lines are very congested, making it difficult to deal with temporary large numbers of calls.
The following services are operated to ensure a smooth confirmation of safety with family members and acquaintances and communicate with evacuation sites.
Decide in advance how to contact your family in the event of a disaster on a daily basis, and check how to use it.
