In the event of a disaster, telephone calls to affected areas are concentrated, communication lines are very crowded, and temporary large amounts of calls cannot be handled, making it difficult to connect.
The following services are operated to ensure smooth confirmation of safety with family members and acquaintances and contact evacuation sites while avoiding traffic congestion.
Make sure you decide in advance how to contact your family in the event of a disaster, and check how to use it.
