1. Please be sure to read the Data Terms of Service.
2. It takes about 2 weeks to review the application form. After the review, we will issue an ID and password if there is no particular problem.
3. Application is on a yearly basis. All use will be terminated as of March 31 of the application year. Please stop using the downloaded data after the expiration date. If you wish to use the service beyond the fiscal year, please apply again.
