Please comply with the following rules when using earthquake waveform data observed by the Yokohama City Strong Seismic Meter Network.

The purpose of using the earthquake data observed by the Yokohama City Strength Meter Network is to promote research on earthquakes and disaster prevention measures widely.
Please note that these data cannot be used for commercial purposes.

The person who applies for the use of the data and is approved to use it will be the data user. If you have any questions, please contact us.

If you would like to use the data, please apply by e-mail.

The details of the application will be reviewed by the Crisis Management Office and will be notified by e-mail within two weeks of the availability.

Once your application is approved, we will issue the ID and password required for data use. After that, please download and use the data using this ID and password. IDs, passwords, and downloaded data will be terminated on March 31 of the application year. If you wish to continue using the service, please apply again.

1. If you have obtained research results, please report them.
2. If you wish to present your research results at academic conferences, please send the abstract by e-mail or mail to the address below.

3. If printed materials are published in academic papers, please send 3 copies of the reprint to the above mailing address.
4. If you use the earthquake data of Yokohama City in papers or reports, be sure to indicate that you have used the earthquake data of Yokohama City and the name of the institution that provided the data.
   Example: In this study, we used earthquake waveform data observed by the strong seismic gauge network in Yokohama City.

It is prohibited to provide data to third parties without the permission of Yokohama City. In addition, it is prohibited to use data for purposes other than data use.

1. All earthquake observation data provided by Yokohama City is copyrighted by Yokohama City.
2. Unauthorized duplication of data is not possible, regardless of shape.
3. All data provided may be changed, erased, or discontinued without notice.
4. Yokohama City is not responsible for any damage caused by these earthquake observation data or its use.
