Purpose of investigation	We will grasp citizens' awareness of disaster prevention and reduce disaster damage on a daily basis and the status of self support and community support's efforts, and utilize them to promote future disaster countermeasures.
Survey area	Yokohama-shi
Survey target	10,000 men and women aged 15 and over living in the city (including foreign nationals)
Extraction method	Random sampling from Basic Resident Register
Investigation method	Self-written method by mail (distribution / collection) (unsigned)
Date of investigation	June 18 (shipping) to July 8, 2021 (Response deadline)
Recovery results	Number of valid responses 3,553, and effective response rate of 35.5%
