• Watching, supporting each other, and creating connections
• Creating an environment where people can recognize diversity and seek help when they are in trouble.
• Creating a system that allows people to easily start local activities
• Further strengthening the disaster prevention capabilities of the town's disaster prevention organizations (such as Neighborhood Association Neighborhood Associations) and promoting initiatives by community support
• Creating a safe and secure town that integrates disaster prevention, anti-crime program, and traffic safety

• Promotion of immigration and settlement by leveraging the potential of Asahi Ward
• Fostering momentum for holding the Yokohama International Horticulture Exposition
• Disseminate the appeal of cultural and historical property, including Shigetada Hatakeyama

• Effectively communicate various challenges in the region, promote partner collaboration, and accelerate the resolution of complex issues.
• Enlightenment so that each inhabitant of a ward can understand and work on the SDGs philosophy

• We welcome everyone coming to the agency warmly and carry out accurate, kind and courteous administrative services.
• We will work to develop an ICT environment suitable for local activities and administrative operations.

• We will work to solve regional issues through cooperation with various partners and utilizing new methods and styles.
• We raise dispatch power of the staff to expand effective approach to the whole ward and utilize.

• The staff will work together to solve issues and promote the creation of an organization that grows together.
• Promote work-life balance so that all staff can maximize their abilities.
