When a person other than the road manager performs construction about the road, it must be approved by the road manager.

• Relocation or removal of car stoppers and tree-planting basins
• Relocation of curved mirrors, street trees, etc. (Telephone poles are licensed by Tokyo Electric Power Company)
• Decrease work for setting up designated roads
• Repair and restoration of damaged pavement
• Road maintenance associated with development and residential land development
• In addition, when changing the form of road structures

• Guide map (specify the location in a copy of the house map, etc.)
• Floor plan (construction site and enforcement details are shown in a way that shows the entire site)

Submission of application → Field survey → Issuance of Approval → Submission of Start Notification → Construction work → Submission of Completion Notification (attached documents: local guide map, photo during construction and completion) → After the inspection, issued a letter of acceptance
