This is anonymous reservation system. If you would like to have an inspection, please make a reservation by 12:00 on the previous opening day.

Every Wednesday (excluding holidays, holidays, and New Year's holidays) from 9:00 to 9:30 (Reception hours)

The results will be given only to the person at 10:00 or 10:15 on Wednesday the following week of the inspection date (excluding holidays, holidays, and the year-end and New Year holidays).
※If the following Wednesday falls on a national holiday, holiday, or New Year's holiday, it will be the subsequent Wednesday.

・This is a blood sampling test.
・Due to anonymous inspection, certificates and medical certificates cannot be issued.
・Correct results may not be obtained if three months (syphilis 6 weeks or more) have passed since the possible action.
・We do not test for HIV and syphilis only.
・On the day of the consultation, please check your body temperature before visiting. If you have symptoms such as fever or cough of 37.5 degrees Celsius or higher, please cancel your visit and have a test at a later date.
・As a general rule, please visit the office by one examinee.

We perform hepatitis virus test (free test in Cooperating Medical Institutions in the city) sequentially.
