About the pre-web reservation service

To reduce waiting time and to prevent congestion in waiting space, we have introduced a service that allows you to reserve the date and time of family register notification (marriage registration form, etc.), movingSeal Registration procedures, etc.

※This service is provided by Meikoshokai Co., Ltd. based on a service agreement with Yokohama City. The domain of this service is voicecall.jp. (Consulted in accordance with Article 6, Paragraph 4 of the Yokohama City Internet Delivery Guidelines

How to use the pre-web reservation service

1.Make a reservation from the dedicated page

2.Fill out the documents
Be sure to fill out the documents after visiting the agency and before issuing the number tag. If the documents are not filled out at the time of reception, we will call you again after filling out.
We have you download documents from the following and have you prepare before next agency.

3.Number tag issuance
Number 21 (reported by family register) and No. 24 (moving, Seal Registration, etc.) Please press the "If you have a QR code here" button on the ticketing machine installed on the floor in front of each window and issue a number tag. Please note that the number will not be called at the counter unless you actually issue a number tag.
4. Procedure
After issuing the ticket, we will give priority to the counter after the reservation time zone.
※Depending on the ticketing time and window conditions, call may be made after the reservation time.

 

Notes

(1) If you come to the Agency, be sure to fill out the documents in advance and issue the ticket with the ticketing machine installed on the floor.
   (Please note that if you do not fill out the documents even if you issue a ticket, you will not be able to accept it.)
(2) Please note that even if you have made a reservation, the reservation will expire after the reservation time zone.
   Example: If you make a reservation at 10:00, it will expire at 11:00. Please fill out the documents and issue the ticket by 10:59.
(3) If you can no longer come to the agency after making a reservation, please tap the URL of the reservation registration completion email and make sure to complete the cancellation procedure.
(4) If the reservation time has passed, we will accept it as usual, so please issue a reception number tag at each window.
   At that time, please fill out the documents in advance and proceed with the ticketing procedure.

Procedures for moving in, moving out, and moving
