About advance web reservation service

As a measure to reduce waiting time and congestion in waiting spaces, we have introduced a service that allows you to reserve the date and time of family register notification (marriage registration form, etc.), moving (move-in, moving in, etc.) and Seal Registration procedures.

※This service is provided by Meikoshokai Co., Ltd. based on a service usage contract with Yokohama City. The domain of this service is voicecall.jp. (Consulted in accordance with Article 6, Paragraph 4 of the Yokohama City Internet Receipt and Communication Guidelines

How to use the pre-web reservation service

2.Fill out the documents
After coming to the agency, be sure to fill out the documents before issuing a number tag. If the documents are not filled out at the time of reception, we will call you again after filling in.

3.Issue number tags
No. 21 (Notice of family register) and No. 24 (Moving, Seal Registration, etc.) Press the "QR code here" button on the ticketing machine installed on the floor in front of each window, and hold the 2D barcode Please hold it over the reader and issue a number tag. Please note that the number will not be called at the counter unless you actually issue a number tag.
4. Procedure
After the ticket is issued, you will be given priority to the counter after the reservation time zone.
※Depending on the ticketing time and window conditions, call may be made after the reservation time zone.

 

Matters to be noted

(1) If you come to the agency, be sure to fill out the documents in advance and issue a ticket at the ticketing machine installed on the floor.
   (Please note that if you do not fill out the documents even if you issue a ticket, you will not be able to accept it.)
(2) Please note that even if you have made a reservation, your reservation will expire after the reservation time zone.
   Example: If you make a reservation at 10 o'clock, it will expire at 11 o'clock. Please fill out and issue your ticket by 10:59.
(3) If you are unable to visit the agency after making a reservation, please tap the URL of the reservation registration completion email and be sure to complete the cancellation procedure.
(4) If the reservation time has passed, the reception will be accepted as usual, so please issue a reception number tag at each window.
   In that case, please fill out the documents in advance and complete the ticketing procedure.

Procedures for moving in, moving out, and moving
