About recruitment of the 9th Aoba Art Open Call for Works

Application for exhibition

・Please be sure to check the contents of the application guidelines below before applying.
・Please apply for the exhibition application by the Internet, fax, or bring it.
When both the exhibition application and payment of the exhibition fee are completed, the application will be completed.
The title cannot be changed after application because the title will be created with the title at the time of application.

Must arrive at 5 p.m.

Fill out the application form (PDF: 240KB) and fill out the application form (PDF: 240KB).
Please submit it to the secretariat.
※If you apply by fax, be sure to call after sending.
Please check with the secretariat.

◇Payment of exhibition fees During Friday, May 17 For details on the payment method, please refer to the application guidelines (PDF: 7,013KB).

Preparation before importing

Fill in the "Exhibition Work Form" with your name and title (Yomigana) at the bottom of the exhibition application form, cut it out and paste it on the upper right of the back of the work.

  • Please make sure that the title at the time of application matches the title entered in the exhibition work form.
  • Mount the heaton should be mounted on the inside of the picture frame so as not to damage other works. (Refer to the figure)
