There is a parking lot (charged) for visitors at Yokohama Citizen Gallery Azamino, but the parking lot is no longer required from April 1, 2024.
Parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
If it is full, please use a nearby toll parking lot.

※In the "9th Aoba Art Open Recruitment Exhibition Application Guidelines", advance reservations for parking lots are provided.
It is currently closed. Thank you very much for your understanding.

Results Presentation

We will announce the results of the 9th Aoba Art Open Recruitment Exhibition.

※Please check your work number (listed on the light blue paper distributed at the time of import).

The results of the examination are as follows:
・Near the 75th window on the 4th floor of Aoba Ward Office
・Art Forum Azamino Exhibition Room 2 (2nd floor)

※Please be sure to check the reception desk on duty. (This is an open call for participants exhibition for exhibitors by exhibitors. Please cooperate. ) If you have multiple exhibitors, you will be presented with the smallest work number (not necessarily the winning work number).

Special Review Meeting

To commemorate the 30th anniversary of the constituency system, a special review will be held at the following date and time.

■Date and time: 15:00 on Sunday, July 14
■Location: Art Forum Azamino 1F Exhibition Room

The winners of the Grand Prize, Excellence Prize, Mayor Prize, and Director General Prize will be presented to the participants of the review committee.
If you would like to participate, please gather in the exhibition room on the first floor at 14:55.

Review meeting

A review will be held at the following date and time. ※Prior applicants only

■Date and time: Around 15:30 on Sunday, July 14 (held as soon as the special review meeting is over)
■Location: Art Forum Azamino Exhibition Room

Please come in front of your work at 15:25.
※If you are absent, please contact the Secretariat (Regional Promotion Division Aoba Ward: 045-978-2294) in advance.

Exhibition application

・Please be sure to check the contents of the application guidelines below before applying.
・Please apply for the exhibition by the Internet, fax, or bring it.
・The application will be completed when both the exhibition application and the payment of the exhibition fee are completed.
・You cannot change the title after application because the caption etc. will be created based on the title at the time of application.

Fill out the application form (PDF: 240KB) and fill out the application form.
Please submit it to the secretariat.
※If you apply by fax, be sure to call us after sending.
Please check with the secretariat.

◇Payment of exhibition fees During Friday, May 17 For details on the payment method, please refer to the application guidelines (PDF: 7,013KB).

Preparing before delivery

Fill in the name and title (Yomigana) on the “Exhibition Work Form” at the bottom of the exhibition application form, cut it out and paste it on the upper right of the back of the work.

  • Please make sure that the title at the time of application matches the title entered on the exhibition work slip.
  • Please attach the heaton to the inner side of the frame and do not damage other works. (Refer to the figure)
