About Aoba inhabitant of a ward art festival planning, administration and recruitment of performing groups

The Aoba inhabitant of a ward art festival has been held since 1995 after the division as a inhabitant of a ward participation type project, with the aim of promoting local exchange through culture. It is held by the "Aoba Ward Residents Art Festival Steering Committee" composed of cultural groups in the city.
The Aoba Kumin Art Festival has a stage section that announces chorus, instrumental music, and traditional performing arts, and an exhibition section that announces the works of everyone who performs artistic activities in the city.
The Aoba Kumin Art Festival Steering Committee is set up for the purpose of planning and operation of the inhabitant of a ward art festival in which various cultural groups in Aoba Ward interact and cooperate with each other.
