Must arrive at 5:00 pm from Monday, July 6, 2015 to Wednesday, July 8 (postable)

Arrange the application documents in order from Form 1, attach the cover, and submit 13 copies (one of which is the original).
11 copies of the copy documents should be spelled in files, and one copy should not be fastened with a stapler, etc., but must be clipped.
