In order to detect and treat HIV and syphilis, Tsuzuki Health and Welfare Center, Yokohama City conducts free anonymous test.

Reservation method (* Reservations must be made by 3:00 pm the day before the inspection.)

Reservations are accepted by phone.

If you are hearing impaired and cannot apply for a reservation by phone, you can apply for a reservation by e-mail.

Precautions

・Tests for both HIV and syphilis. We do not use only HIV and syphilis.
・HIV may not produce accurate test results unless it is more than 3 months from the chance of infection, and syphilis may not be obtained for more than 6 weeks.
・Since the test is anonymous test, there is no certificate or medical certificate.
・It may be canceled due to stormy weather.
・Test results will be announced directly at the Tsuzuki Ward Office 1st floor medical examination site from 9:00 to 9:30 a week later.
※We cannot inform you by telephone, mail or e-mail.
・Please note that if you are late for the reservation time, you may not be able to receive the inspection due to the venue.
・If you wish to cancel due to poor physical condition, please contact us.
