There is a song monument on the lakeside under the north side of Mitsuike Park in Tsurumi, "When you pull it to Senmachida, you can see the Megumi Mimobuki Mitsuike's water, Fujiwara Masunobu". It may have been a song about the blessings of water when Mitsuike was still a reservoir for irrigation water. The story of the author, Fujiwara Masunobu, is not cleared. On the back side, it is known that it was built by the people of "Kishiharu March, Kamisueyoshi Village in 1843". There is a signboard on the side that deciphers the cursive style of Manyo Kana.

Kamisueyoshi Village was once a village, but it is reported that it was divided into upper and lower Nimura between the Shoo era (1652-1654) and Genroku (1688-1703) during the Edo period. This Mitsuike was also a territory controlled by the deputy in Kamisueyoshi Village. From Edo Nihonbashi, the southwest of Rokuri (24 km), the mountain continued, and the Tohoku region was flat and half of Tabata. The Tsurumi River flowed through the northeast of the village. The slope of the channel of the Tsurumi River is loose. When the river water was drawn, seawater could flow backward at high tide. For this reason, reservoirs were set up in the downstream villages to irrigate the fields.

In the article of "Musashi Fudoki", the article of Kamisueyoshi Village states, "Nishikomaoka Village No Sakai Niari in Tamei Village, Hirosa Goshaku (5cho) Yokonosui, Kite places, and Koyori Shuzo Serral". . This pool would have been used as irrigation water for the past Mitsuike.

From 1833 (1833) to 7 years, severe bad harvests continued, and the suffering of farmers reached its extreme. Seven years later, in 1843, Kamisueyoshi Village, where he finally escaped suffering, a monument to commemorate was built by farmers. This monument tells us how the water of Mitsuike was the water of blessings.
