Since the municipal solid waste treatment basic plan (Yokohama G30 Plan) will end in this fiscal year, we have formulated a new plan following G30, "Yokohama 3R Dream (Slim) Plan." Based on the experience of collaboration that we have been working on, we will deepen our "connections" with citizens and businesses and challenge the next stage of G30.
Under the new plan, we will promote the 3Rs, especially the most environmentally friendly reduction (reduction of generation), reduce the total amount of garbage and resources, and further reduce the environmental burden. We will take over to future generations and work on realizing a society where children can have "dreams" in the future.
