Town corner flower bed

Let's color the town corner with flowers and greenery and make it a city free of illegal dumping together.
In order to prevent illegal dumping, we will give flower seedlings and seeds to groups that can maintain and maintain flower beds.
Distribution items and timing
We distribute flower seeds, seedlings, soil, and fertilizer twice a year (spring and autumn).
Target organizations and locations
Flower beds that satisfy both of the following are eligible.
Target organizations
One of the following organizations that can responsibly maintain and manage flower beds throughout the year
（１） Regional groups (Neighborhood Association Neighborhood Associations, Children's Association, Geriatric Club, etc.)
（２） Occupational Groups (companies, shopping streets, facilities, etc.)
（３） School groups (kindergarten, elementary school, junior high school, high school, etc.)
（４） Other Volunteer Groups
Target location
（１） High public and openness
（２） Obtain permission from the landowner
How to apply
Organizations wishing to implement in 2024 must submit the following documents by the deadline.
Documents to be submitted
（１） Activity application (first style) (word: 25KB)
（２） Activity plan (second style) (word: 20KB)
（３） Application form for spring flower seedlings (Excel: 81KB)
（４） For new application groups, those who understand the outline of the group, such as lists, rules, activities, permission to use land, etc.
Submission deadline
Must arrive by Friday, April 19, 2024

Bring, mail, or e-mail to the ward office

Review and Decision
We examine application in ward office and report examination result to application group.
If you exceed the budget, please note that adjustments may be made according to the area of the flowerbed.
Submission of an activity report
Please submit activity report (word: 20KB) which recorded state of activity to ward office.

Example of use of flower beds in town corner
Approximately 20 groups have already utilized the town corner flower bed business in the city to maintain flower beds.

For the GREEN x EXPO in 2027 and the 100th anniversary of Tsurumi Ward administration, signboards are being installed on flower beds in various parts of the city!
