Town corner flower bed

Color the town corner with flowers and greenery, and let's make a city free of illegal dumping together.
In order to prevent illegal dumping, we will give flower seedlings and seeds to groups that can maintain and maintain flower beds.
Items to be distributed and distribution timing
Flower seeds, seedlings, soil, and fertilizers are distributed twice a year (spring and autumn).
Target group/target location
Flower beds that meet both of the following.
Target group
One of the following organizations that can be responsible for maintaining and managing flower beds throughout the year
（１） Regional groups (Neighborhood Association Neighborhood Associations, Children's Association, Senior Citizens' Club, etc.)
（２） Work area groups (company, shopping streets, facilities, etc.)
（３） School groups (Kindergarten, elementary school, junior high school, high school, etc.)
（４） Other volunteer groups
Target location
（１） High public nature and openness
（２） Permission to use permission from the land owner
Application method
Organizations wishing to implement in 2024 must submit the following documents by the deadline.
Documents to be submitted
（１） Activity Application (No. 1 style) (word: 25KB)
（２） Activity plan (No. 2 style) (word: 20KB)
（３） Application Form for Spring Flower Seedlings (Excel: 81KB)
（４） For new application groups, those that provide an overview of the group, such as the list, rules, activities, permission to use land, etc.
Submission deadline
Must arrive by Friday, April 19, 2024
Submission method
Bring it to the ward office, mail it, or email.

Review and Decisions
The ward office examines the application form and informs the applicant organization of the examination results.
Please note that if the budget is exceeded, adjustments may be made according to the area of the flowerbed.
Submission of activity report
Please submit activity report (word: 20KB) which recorded state of activity to ward office.

In the ward, about 20 groups have already used the town corner flower bed business to maintain flower beds.
