When a person other than the road manager performs construction related to the road, it must obtain the approval of the road manager (Article 24 of the Road Law).

• Decrease of sidewalks, L-shaped and curbs for entering vehicles into parking lots
• Relocation or removal of a car stop for vehicle entry into parking lots, etc.
• Relocation of curved mirrors, street trees, etc. (Telephone poles are licensed by Tokyo Electric Power Company)
• Decrease work for setting up designated roads
• Road maintenance associated with development and residential land development
• In addition, when making changes to road structures
• Construction import path (when the sidewalk is cut down and used as a construction vehicle approach road for construction)
