Draft copy and copy certificate
"Drawing copy" is a proof that the boundary survey map and the local road have matched in the distance between the landmarks and the boundary mark. In addition to the copy of the drawing, there is a "copy certificate" as a simple proof.
About copy proof, it becomes proof that it is copy of storage drawing of Yokohama-shi from February 1, 2024, and handling is changed as follows.

In addition, when there is mention in road ledger drawing (area line map), please apply for "road ledger drawing copy" as "proof of road ledger" in principle. The department in charge is the Road and Highway Bureau Road Investigation Division. (Tel: 045-671-2795)

Application for a copy of the drawing and copy certificate
Please submit required documents to Public Works Office.
Please note that documents will be reviewed at the time of submission, so please bring it to the Public Works Office window. (We do not accept mail, fax, etc..)

(Note 1) A local boundary map with the distance between local points and the type of boundary mark, or created independently.

About grant
Please prepare Yokohama City Revenue certificate stamp for payment of fees. Yokohama City Revenue certificate stamp can be purchased at the ward office, but please note that it is not sold in Public Works Office.
