Drawing copy / copy proof
"Drawing copy" is a proof that the boundary survey map and the local road match the distance between the boundary mark and the boundary mark. In addition to the transcript of the drawing, there is a "copy proof" as a simple proof.
About copy proof, it becomes proof that it is copy of storage drawing of Yokohama-shi from February 1, 2024, and the handling has been changed as follows.

In addition, when there is mention in road ledger drawing (area map), in principle, please apply for "road ledger drawing copy" as "proof of road ledger". The department in charge is the Road and Highway Bureau Road Investigation Division. (Tel: 045-671-2795)

Application for proof of copy and copy of drawings
Please submit required documents to Public Works Office.
Please note that documents will be reviewed at the time of submission, so please bring it to the Public Works Office window. (We do not accept mail, fax, etc.)

(Note 1) In the local boundary map, the distance between points and the type of boundary mark are entered, or created independently.
※Please ask Public Works Office for more information about the difference between a copy and a copy certificate.
About grant
Payment of the fee should be paid at the designated financial institution window in Yokohama City in the "payment notice and receipt" handed at the time of reception.
Please do not pay until the amount of the fee is finalized. In addition, we will ask you to show your receipt when you receive the certificate, so please be careful not to lose it.
