At the Tsurumi Residents' Activities Center, we set up a volunteer bank for lifelong learning, and have people who want to make use of various special skills and knowledge, experience cultivated through work and hobbies in volunteer activities, and instructors and instructors We introduce them to areas, circles, schools, facilities, etc. that are looking for.

1.Please have Tsurumi inhabitant of a ward activity center directly, or apply by telephone or FAX.

2.Coordination with registrants according to the request content (business name, activity content, genres, etc.).
3.After coordinating with the registrant, we will introduce the registrant to the client.
4.Details (schedule, content, venue, rewards, etc.) should be decided directly by discussing with the registrant.
※As a general rule, the client should bear the actual results of transportation expenses and material costs.
5.Regardless of the success or failure, please report the results of the discussion to the Tsurumi Residents' Activities Center by phone or fax.

※Regarding the introduction of lifelong learning volunteers, please negotiate and contract at the responsibility of both the client and the registrant. Troubles arising from the negotiations and contracts should be dealt with at the responsibility of the parties.

Through this project, the Tsurumi Residents' Activities Center, we support citizens' independent activities to be carried out more widely and more actively to the development of human resources and town development.

Fill out required items on the prescribed registration application form and bring it to Tsurumi Residents' Activities Center.

1. Registration Conditions
   • Persons and organizations living in Tsurumi WardTsurumi Ward
   • Those who are interested in lifelong learning and can work based on the spirit of volunteering
   • A person who has plenty of time and can respond to requests relatively easily
   • Not intended for political, religious, or profit
2. Registration period
   The period is three years, and will be renewed every three years. Please register at any time if necessary.
3. Deletion of registration
   In the following cases, the registration will be deleted.
   • Expiration of registration period
   • When there is an offer from the registered person
   • When an act or fact that is not appropriate as a lifelong learning volunteer is recognized
