Support for A-bomb survivors

Kanagawa Prefecture and Yokohama City carry out support projects such as the implementation of the physical checkup, assistance from the medical expenses, and the provision of various benefits.
In addition, from the standpoint of complementing national policies, we have been enhancing the content of measures, such as the provision of medical expenses to children of A-bomb survivors, and in April 2001, we launched a program to subsidize A-bomb survivors using The Long-term Care Insurance.

※Application at the ward office Reception hours is Closed: national holidays, other holidays, and New Year's holidays December 29th-January 3rd, Monday to Friday from 8:45 am to 5:00 pm (except 12:00 to 13:00).
