Congestion of parking lot at Totsuka Ward General Government Building window
Due to the duties of the ward office, there are days when the window is crowded, which inconveniences the visitors to the agency very much.
Totsuka Ward Office has announced in advance the expected congestion at the counter and parking lot as a reference when visiting the agency, so please use it.
Please note that the congestion situation may change significantly depending on the weather on the day.

[Family Registry Division]
Congestion is expected at the beginning of the week regarding the notification of moving in and out, the issuance of Seal Registration and resident certificate and the issuance of Seal Registration Certificate. ・At the beginning of the week, the entire window is crowded.

Every year from March to April, the number of people moving increases, and the ward office Family Registry Division office is very crowded.

[Insurance and Pension Division]
It is crowded from 10 to 13 o'clock. In addition, the beginning of the week and the end of consecutive holidays are particularly crowded.
