In order to promote livable town development according to the characteristics of the district, in addition to the minimum basic rules stipulated by the Building Standards Law and the City Planning Act, fine-grained rules (city planning and building agreements) that suit the area Is one way to determine voluntarily.
In making these rules, it is important for the people living in the district to discuss the issues and future image of the town.

1． What is the city planning?

Based on the Town Planning and Zoning Act, the city sets out the rules of the town according to the area as a regional limited edition city plan while incorporating the opinions of the residents about the use and form of buildings, living roads and small parks. It is determined.

2． What is a building agreement?
<We will protect everyone>
Based on the Building Standards Law, we negotiate how to build buildings and rules and conclude as an agreement between landowners, and the mayor approves. The rules will be followed by the Steering Committee, which is made up of concluding parties. The expiration date of a building agreement is set arbitrarily (generally 10 years).
