What is Totsuka Ward Healthmate?
The Totsuka Ward Dietary Improvement Committee (nickname: Totsuka Ward Healthmate) is an organization that has been active since 1965 under the slogan "Our health is our hands." Aiming at a harmonious lifestyle of nutrition, exercise, and rest, we are expanding the circle of health promotion throughout the region while deepening contact with local residents. A volunteer organization of a nationwide organization, the word health mate has the meaning of "health promotion friends."
After attending and completing the course, Totsuka Ward Health and Welfare Center will be able to work as a healthmate.
