What is Totsuka Ward Healthmate?
The Totsuka Ward Dietary Improvement Promotion Committee (nickname: Totsuka Ward Health Mate) is an organization that has been active since 1965 under the slogan "Our health is our hands." Aiming at a harmonious lifestyle of nutrition, exercise, and rest, we are expanding the circle of health promotion throughout the community while deepening contact with local residents. It is a volunteer organization of a nationwide organization, and the word "healthmate" means "health promotion friend".
You will be able to act as a health mate after taking the course of the training course for the promotion of dietary habits, etc. offered by Totsuka Ward Health and Welfare Center.
