What is Totsuka Ward Healthmate?

The Totsuka Ward Dietary Improvement Committee (nickname: Totsuka Ward Healthmate) is an organization that has been active since 1965 under the slogan "Our health is our hands." Aiming at a harmonious lifestyle of nutrition, exercise, and rest, we are expanding the circle of health promotion throughout the region while deepening contact with local residents.
