The first inhabitant of a ward culture center in Seya Ward was born at the south exit of Seya Station.
On the 3rd and 4th floors of the "Live Gate Seya" building introduced earlier, the city's first inhabitant of a ward cultural center will open in March 2022. Equipped with a gallery and a multi-purpose music room, this facility is expected to play a role as a source of the city's culture.
