Introduction of Seya Ward

Seya is "Saya", and it is said that the place name is "a place with Kotani in Kawase" is the origin of the place name.
※There is also a theory called "Seno". (From the Japanese Etymology Dictionary)

"Seyamaru" and my sister "This is." We designed Konohanazuku, which resembles the shape of Seya Ward, and recruited nicknames from residents of the city. For more information, see Seya Ward's mascot character.

7. When modifying the design of the symbol mark
8. When a person other than Yokohama City uses the symbol mark on a business card
9. When Director General of Seya Ward judges that it is inappropriate

You can apply 6 months before the desired period of use.

We had popular vote from inhabitants of a ward widely to choose (1912 valid vote).

The flower "hydrangea" of the ward was chosen because it was easy for anyone to get close and widely spread.

The tree "zelkova" has large trees in various parts of the city. In addition, it is a tree that is suitable as a symbolic one.

The bird "Onaga" in the ward is a friendly bird that can be seen throughout the year.
