Former Kami-Seya Communication Facility
Last Updated October 8, 2024
The vast land of about 242 ha of the former Kami-Seya communication facility is valuable not only in Yokohama but also in the Tokyo metropolitan area, and we aim to create a new revitalization base in the suburbs through agricultural promotion and new urban land use.
In 2027, GREEN x EXPO2027 (2027 International Horticultural Expo) will be held in part of this event. We are examining future land use based on the land use basic plan formulated in March 2020 based on the opinions of landowners and residents of private land.
At the Seya Ward Office, we publish the Seya Ward/Kami-Seya Communication Facility News, which provides information on the former Kami-Seya Communication Facility so that we can grasp the opinions and requests of residents according to the status of the study.
